WELCOME TO FAMILY MINISTRY

Kids (Kindergarten - 5th Grade)
YOUTH (6th-12th Grade)

Kid’s Min (Kindergarten - 5th Grade)

Kids Min is available for children ages 2 years through 5th grade. We use the The Biggest Story (TBS) and Godly Play curricula to guide preschoolers and elementary schoolers as they grow in their faith and deepen their relationship with Jesus.

Kids Min takes place in the Kinder Room during the 10:00 am service. Children start the service sitting with their parents and are released to Kids Min after the initial worship time. Please remember to pick up your children directly after communion in the Kinder Yard.

Our Sunday Celebration service is occasionally intergenerational, allowing all ages to worship together. We believe that welcoming children into worship reflects the heart of Jesus, who invited children to be part of His community. Our goal is for every child to feel a sense of belonging within our church family.

CWOW YOUTH (6th-12th grade)

Youth Ministry at CWOW is open to ages 6th grade through 12th and meets on Sundays during Celebration. During our meetings, you can expect honest discussion, bible study, and fun activities. Our goal is to create a space for spiritual friendship and personal growth. CWOW YOUTH Service at 10:00am in the BAM Teacher's Lounge.

Dedications and Infant Baptisms

Dedicating or baptizing a child is a joyful occasion when the CWOW community gathers with the child's family to acknoweldge God's loving presence and express a committment to help the child grow in faith.

In accordance with the guidance from our denomination, the Evangelical Covenant Church, CWOW practices both infant baptism and infant dedication.

Through pastoral input and the support of members, the congregation joins the parent or parents in the discernment process as they consider whether to baptize or dedicate their child, and deepen their understanding of these sacred rites.
